Mike Burrow, P.E.
Mike Burrow is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Burrow Global, LLC, a leading company in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry. With over 40 years of experience, Mike is renowned for his strategic vision and leadership excellence.
Mike’s dedication to safety and excellence has earned him numerous awards, such as the Houston Chronicle’s “Top 100 Public Companies,” Engineer of the Year from the TSPE Sabine Chapter, the ABC Eagle Award, and being a finalist for Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year – Gulf Coast Region.”
Mike Burrow’s extensive experience and innovative approach continue to drive Burrow Global, LLC, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the EPC industry.
Leroy W. Faulk, Jr.
Leroy Faulk is currently the Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Board of Directors.
With over 45 years of comprehensive experience in the oil and gas EPC industries, Leroy has held significant roles with both local and national engineering and construction firms. He has founded and owned his own companies, holding senior management positions where he managed profit and loss (P&L). Leroy possesses extensive expertise across a wide spectrum of industries, including refinery, petrochemical, midstream, commercial building, offshore drilling and production, and pulp and paper mills.
Danny Benjamin
Danny Benjamin is the Chief Commercial Officer and President of Fabrication at Burrow Global, where he leads acquisition strategy, strategic transformation, and enterprise-level business development.
With over two decades of experience in business development, Danny brings deep expertise in M&A, strategic growth, and enterprise transformation. Since joining Burrow Global, he has directed key aspects of acquisition efforts—developing replicable internal processes for M&A, conducting financial analysis, negotiating transaction documents, and leading due diligence initiatives. As a strategic advisor to the CEO, he works closely with leadership to identify emerging trends that impact business performance and collaborates across departments to address challenges and unlock growth opportunities. Specializing in data center P&L optimization and the alignment of infrastructure strategies that support hyperscaler and enterprise growth in an AI-accelerated market. He leads the development of go-to-market initiatives and global partner ecosystems, ensuring scalable, resilient capacity while advancing commercial performance across the organization.
Mike Broussard, P.E
Mike Broussard, P.E. is the President of Engineering, where he oversees operations for two engineering offices. Additionally, Mike is also focused on quality as he holds the role of C2Q (Committed to Quality) Committee Chairman, where he provides training for project and engineering managers and develops quality processes to enhance project execution and engineering deliverables.
With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mike has a proven track record in managing client relationships, business development, and overseeing project managers and associated projects.
Jane Buchanan
Jane Buchanan is the Senior Vice President of Automation & Digital at Burrow Global and a key member of the Executive Committee.
Throughout her nearly 30-year career, Jane has specialized in managing and directing businesses focused on implementing sophisticated multi-site system automation and digital solutions for industrial facilities worldwide. She has collaborated closely with clients in diverse sectors including oil and gas, chemicals, mining, and life sciences, leveraging operational technology and data to deliver solutions that yield tangible benefits.
Julie Powell
Julie Powell is the Vice President, Controller, and Human Resources at Burrow Global, where she plays a pivotal role as a member of the Executive Committee.
With more than 29 years of experience in accounting and finance across the oil and gas and retail sectors, Julie started her career at Conn Appliances after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Lamar University. For over 14 years, she has been dedicated to the oil and gas industry. Julie oversees daily operations in Accounting and Human Resources, managing financials, cash flow, and compliance audits with meticulous attention to detail.
Shawn Winkler
Shawn Winkler is the Chief Financial Officer with a strong emphasis on energy investment banking.
Bringing over 23 years of professional finance experience to the role, his career spans more than 18 years in capital raises, M&A advisory, and A&D execution across various energy sectors, including upstream, oilfield services, midstream, power and utilities, and alternative energy. Prior to joining Burrow, Shawn served as Managing Director within the Business Advisory segment at Huron Consulting, focusing on the small and midcap energy industry. He led initiatives in capital raising, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and financial restructuring and process improvement. /p>

At Burrow Global, we are proud of Mr. Burrow’s 53-year history, from his beginning with his first job at Mobil in 1969 through the founding of many of our legacy companies to the Burrow Global of today.
