Mike Burrow is a mechanical engineer registered in Texas and Louisiana with more than 40 years in the EPC industry. Mr. Burrow founded Burrow Global, LLC in the Fall of 2009. His career highlights as top executive include:
- Acquisition of 31 EPC companies
- Founder of three EPC firms (all ranked in the top 1% of U.S. firms by growth)
- One company, Petrocon, ranked nationally in “Occupational Hazards” magazine as one of America’s 17 safest companies
Mr. Burrow became Chairman/CEO of new public company ENGlobal Corporation in 2001. His achievements as CEO include:
- Ranked #1 for two years and #2 for two more years in the Zweig “Survey of the Top 100 Hot Firms”
- Grew per share value from 60¢ to $15.20 (23 times) in four years and four months
- Integrated 11 new business acquisitions
- Re-branded the company from numerous subsidiaries to a common name

Mark Vise currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Mark is also the executive sponsor for the Company’s total quality transformation program Committed to Quality (C2Q).
Mark has extensive experience in process improvement and turnaround management with companies initiating major change programs as well as M&A, acquisition integration, and corporate strategy. Mark began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a board member of the Financial Executive International’s (FEI) Houston Chapter, on the Governing Body of the Houston CFO Executive Summit, and serves as Chairman on the College of Business Board of Advisors at Lamar University.

Mike Broussard, P.E.
Mike Broussard, P.E. serves as the President of Engineering, Automation, and Plant Services, which also includes management of operations for two engineering offices. He also serves as the C2Q (Committed to Quality) Committee Chairman and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry managing client relationships, business development, oversight of project managers and associated projects, and engineering managers. His duties as Corporate Quality Manager include providing training for project and engineering managers, as well as developing quality processes to improve project execution and engineering deliverables.
Elliott Gray serves as the President of Construction, which includes the company’s Buildings and I&E Construction business units and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Elliott has more than 15 years of multi-faceted construction experience, including pre-construction services, estimating, design management and construction project management. He is experienced in a wide variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation disciplines.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Dean McInnes serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Burrow Global and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Dean has 25 years of global experience actively collaborating with clients and leading projects and growth initiatives for engineering firms and operators across energy, industrial, and mining sectors.
Dean is accountable for strategic business acquisition and development, business growth and expansion planning, client account and relationship management, strategic partnership identification and development, international high value engineering strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial model development and negotiations.
Leroy Faulk currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Burrow Global, EPC Director, Corporate Safety Director, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
Leroy has more than 45 years of composite experience in the oil and gas EPC industries with local and national engineering and construction firms. He has been an owner/founder of his own companies and served in senior management positions with engineering, procurement, construction and fabrication firms with P&L responsibilities. His experience includes refinery, petrochemical, midstream, commercial building, offshore drilling and production, and pulp and paper mill industries.
